All Food & Nutrition Programs Resources

The Elderly Nutrition Program offered locally through Aging Units and ADRCs reduces hunger and food insecurity, promotes socialization and the health and well-being of older individuals. It typically includes home-delivered meals and/or meals at dining sites.

Everyone age 60 and older is welcome to participate. Good nutrition helps you think better, fight illness, and have more energy. Getting started on the path to good nutrition is easier than you think. Also see Senior Centers/Senior Dining for meal sites.
