Provides information about corporate guardianship in Wisconsin and a current directory of DHS-approved corporate guardians. The directory includes contact information, capacity, and counties served for each provider. Corporate Guardians have to be approved by the Division of Quality Assurance.

Information and assistance on issues related to adult guardianship, protective placement, advance directives, and more from the Wisconsin Guardianship Support Center (GSC).
