Cost is $20.
Description: A fitness class designed specifically for people with Parkinson’s Disease. Each session is 60 minutes and consists of boxing, strengthening, balance, and endurance exercises. Every workout is run by a Doctor of Physical Therapy and can be adjusted to your level.
