Provides information, resources, and assistance for Wisconsin residents who are Deaf, Hard of Hearing, or DeafBlind, including interpreting and captioning services, telecommunications assistance, benefits support, and communication access resources.

Free eye exams to those who qualify.

Distance learning courses for the blind and visually impaired, their families, people who work for and with them.

Provides primary care and outpatient medical services for Veterans, including mental health and substance use services, audiology and hearing care, optometry and low-vision care, rehabilitation services, nutrition counseling, pharmacy and medication management, social work and care coordination, assistive and mobility equipment services, intimate partner violence assistance, and help accessing eligible VA medical transportation services.
