Contracted with most insurance companies including Medicaid.  Each participant is responsible for knowing co-pays, deductibles and pre-authorization for services as indicated. All co-pays and deductibles are payable at the time of services. In the event you do not have insurance or your insurance does not cover our services, please ask about the sliding fee scale.
