• BEAT is a supportive exercise class for individuals with Parkinson’s Disease. The 60-minute class includes elements of cardiovascular and resistance training, balance and mobility work, teamwork, flexibility, and fine motor and vocal exercises. BEAT PD is closely led and supervised by coaches and can be easily modified to an individual’s fitness level and stage of PD.
