A Latte Fun” Memory Cafe: The goal of a memory café is to provide people with early to mid-stage memory loss and their care partners a safe space to connect, live life to the fullest, and celebrate the relationships we have together! Bakery snacks, coffee, and supplies provided at no cost.

Serving caregivers and relatives as parents seeking education, assistance and support. The caregiver specialist is available virtually, by phone, and e-mail to answer questions, provide information about resources and refer to community partners as needed.
